I had a fantastic experience with a surprise proposal done by Ryoji. He made it as smooth as possible and was very responsive for all my questions (and I had a lot of them since its a surprise proposal in a foreign country!). Ryoji captured all the moments of proposal and then showed us some great poses and also did every pose that we asked him. My partner and I spent 10 days in Japan, and during our trip we decided to take our engagement photos near Mount Fuji. We booked Ryoji a few months ahead of time, and everything was easy and stress-free from the very beginning. One thing we really appreciated was that Ryoji picked us up from the train station, which made getting around the area much easier. He knew all the best spots and suggested locations that gave us incredible views of Mount Fuji. Neither of us are used to being in front of a camera, but Ryoji made the whole experience feel natural and relaxed. He gave helpful guidance without making anything feel forced, and we genuinely enjoyed the afternoon. When we received the photos, we were so happy with the results. They captured not only the scenery but also the feeling of that day. Looking back at them brings back great memories of our trip to Japan. Myself and my partner traveled from Canada for two weeks in Japan. I proposed earlier in the trip, and with a one night stay in Fuji-Kawaguchiko I was lucky to book with Ryoji ahead of the trip! Not familiar with the area, Ryoji was able to recommend an amazing location and perfect time. His services were also available to added transportation which helped a ton. During the entire photo shoot, his communication was very clear and easy to understand. He was open to some of our own pose ideas, while suggesting his own as well. The photos were completed sooner than expected, and they were perfectly curated in the exact style we were looking for in our proposal photo shoot. Even though we had a shorter session, it felt like each photo was unique and special! The overall experience with Ryoji was a 5/5! I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend and I wanted to propose to her while traveling. I wanted to get the proposal photographed. Arranging a surprise proposal photoshoot in a foreign country sounded almost too complex to come true. I still ended up giving it a go and found Ryoji after a long google search session. The pricepoint seemed very fair and I decided to see how a photoshoot could work out with him. From the very first moments it became clear that Ryoji knows what he is doing. Before the proposal, we communicated very efficiently through e-mail. Ryoji adviced me with selecting the suitable date for the proposal based on the weather forecast. He gave me multiple different proposal locations to choose from which by request were close to the hotel we were staying in. He gave me a clear plan on how we are going to execute the proposal. He described the location, where he will be waiting with the camera and where I should do the proposal. All I had to do was propose. The proposal day came and the weather was perfect. I proposed and Ryoji took the surprise photos. After that we spent a good time taking more photos. Ryoji was very relaxed and easy to work with. He gave us good varying pose ideas and listened to the ideas we had. I am not a person who likes to be photographed, but this photoshoot was a lot of fun. Few days after the photoshoot, the photos were ready. The photoshoot turned out extremely good. We were able to capture all the varying feelings felt during the shoot. Frame-worthy photos Ryoji-san was so nice and easy to work with. He has been very communicative throughout the entire process. As I didn't have an exact location in the Mt. Fuji area, he showed his flexibility to go along with my request to walk around the area and take some spontaneous shots. The session itself was very relaxing. He really took his time with me and managed to take great pictures and create variety. The pictures turned out great and the mountain was captured perfectly in the frame!
